We are pleased to share the successful completion of a digital transformation project, carried out within the “Digital Transition of Enterprises” program promoted by the Emilia-Romagna Region.
The project focused on the digitalization of our business processes through:
- the introduction of an integrated management system
- the strengthening of our IT infrastructure (servers, network and cabling)
- the adoption of advanced software tools
The initiative has led to tangible improvements in:
- operational efficiency
- information security
- data traceability
- integration across departments
This achievement represents a significant step in our continuous improvement journey, aimed at strengthening the robustness of our internal processes and our ability to adapt to an evolving market environment.
